…is a dynamic yoga style that balances breathing and movement. You can expect a creative, powerful flow that naturally connects different asanas (yoga postures) in a fluid manner.

Suitable for beginners as well as advanced users.

Slow Flow & Stretch

…is perfect for all levels. A slow Vinyasa flow awaits you. Individual asanas (yoga postures) are held for several breaths. You will build strength and work on your connective tissue and  fascia at the same time.

rative

Restorative

…is a great yoga style to slow down. Asanas (yoga postures) are practiced passively with the help of yoga props (bolsters, blocks, belts). The props will carry you through the individual asanas for up to 10 minutes. This allows you to relax completely.

…combines conscious breathing with a powerful, mindful yoga flow. JIP is a great cardiovascular workout combined with breathing and challenging postures.
